Anita Lynette Hagans, MSW, MSIHS, LCSWA
Anita is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate (LCSWA) with 15+ years’ experience in mental health, social services, healthcare and uses her expertise to help guide you in the direction you aspire to go in your healing journey. She finds that treating the whole person is essential to overall wellness and takes practice from a strength-based, integrative holistic, spiritual, and person-centered approach for areas related to anxiety, stress management, depression, life transitions, grief/loss, chronic health issues, aging, codependent relationships, and work/life balance.
Anita received her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Our Lady of the Lake University and Master of Science in Integrative Health Sciences (MSIHS) from the American College of Healthcare Sciences. Anita also completed her certifications as a Certified Professional Coach and Usui Reiki Energy Healing and is certified as a Reiki Master Teacher (RMT).
